Ryan Allay is a Ghanaian-born, California-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer whose music blends retro soul, R&B, Afrobeat, and global rhythms. Singing in English, Fante, French, and Spanish, his work explores love, growth, and faith with an emphasis on positive human connection. Now based in NorCal, Ryan writes, produces, mixes, and masters his own music, drawing on live instrumentation and rhythms rooted in both West Africa and the diaspora. Performing regularly across CA, including Sofar Sounds East Bay and Sacramento, Ryan represents a new generation of independent artists focused on craft, intention, and connection—using music as a space to breathe, heal, and move forward. His debut album Ellipsis is expected to release in March 2026.
