KOKO PRODUCTIONS, founded by Max Konan, is an international music and media company dedicated to nurturing and amplifying the voices of talented artists from Africa, the United States, etc.
Based in the U.S. but deeply connected to its founder’s Ivorian roots, KOKO PRODUCTIONS champions a roster of musicians spanning both Christian and secular genres across Côte d'Ivoire and Rwanda. The company is committed to bridging African and American entertainment markets, with a vision to see its artists performing on global stages.
With a background in education and special needs support, Max Konan brings a unique, empathetic approach to artist management. His journey in entertainment began with his nephew, Kossisko, and evolved into a mission to elevate African artistry. Max works closely with each artist to develop their sound and message, fostering their growth from local to international recognition.

Biography
Max Konan was born and raised in Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) and completed his education there, obtaining a law degree from the University of Bouake.
Initially driven by a desire to become a journalist, his path led him to law and later to a career in special education.
After immigrating to the U.S. as an international student in the early 2000s, he eventually earned a California Lifetime Teaching Credential in Special Education and a master’s degree in Education at Sacramento State.
Max was motivated by a deep personal connection to the special education field. The loss of his mother and a memorable experience helping a non-verbal church member with autism inspired him to focus on supporting individuals with unique learning needs.
In 2012, Max founded a business dedicated to supporting those with special needs, helping them transition successfully after school. This venture allowed him to expand his mission of providing meaningful support for underserved communities.
Over time, Max’s dedication to helping others evolved into a passion for the entertainment industry.
Inspired by his roots, he turned his focus to music production and artist development, managing talented African artists across Côte d'Ivoire and Rwanda. His journey into music production began with his nephew, Kossisko and grew to include other gifted artists, specifically in the Christian and secular music genres. His dream is to see the artists he works with performing at festivals globally and to establish a presence in both the African and American entertainment markets.
Max’s passion for television and film has led him to his next venture of developing and producing TV/film projects.
